Stamford, CT – The Senior Men’s Association of Stamford (SMAS) is thrilled to announce a momentous event at its upcoming meeting. On Thursday, January 4, 2024, at 11:00 AM, SMAS will host Mayor Caroline B. Simmons of the City of Stamford for a special induction ceremony at Congregation Agudath Sholom, 301 Strawberry Hill Ave., Stamford, CT 06902.

Mayor Simmons will lead the induction of SMAS’s Officers and Board of Directors for 2024, followed by an insightful presentation. She will share the latest developments, challenges, and key initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for Stamford’s citizens in the new year.

The Senior Men’s Association of Stamford (SMAS) is a distinguished not-for-profit educational and social organization dedicated to men aged 55 and above. Committed to fostering camaraderie and mutual interests, SMAS members convene every Thursday at 10:00 AM at Congregation Agudath Sholom. They unite in their passion for community betterment and personal enrichment.
