Bistro Versailles will be hosting their first wine dinner of 2015 titled ‘La Soireé Couscous’, with a menu that will divert from their characteristic French cuisine. Instead of richer French-style dishes, the menu will highlight food from Middle-Eastern and Northern African countries sucha s Lebanon and Morocco. The menu for the evening is as follows:
Hors D’Oeuvres
Hummus, Babaganoush and Parsley Tahini Pita Crisps
First Course
Vegetable Tagine with Apricots and Currants
Second Course
Cumin Roasted Sardines with Onion and Tomato
Third Course
Couscous Royal with Free-Range Chicken, and House-Made Merguez Sausages
Dessert
Lemon Almond “Cigars” in Rose Water Syrup
Choice of red, rosé or white wines from Lebanon will be served
Moroccan Mint Tea throughout the meal
