Fate stepped in one starry night when Eric stopped by the local bar in Ludlow, Vermont, on his way home from work. Christina was there with a mutual friend who introduced them. The pair enjoyed each other’s company right from the start and dated for the next two years. Eric proposed during a cozy night at home watching movies.
Reverend Monsignor Alan Detscher officiated at the ceremony at St. Catherine of Siena Church in Riverside, and the reception followed at Burning Tree Country Club.
The bride, daughter of the late Albert and the late Carol Lefebvre of Greenwich, graduated from Greenwich High School and Southern Connecticut University. Christina is a special education teacher at Ludlow Elementary School.
The groom, son of Robert and Karen Evans of Vermont, graduated from Proctor High School and Campbell University. Eric is the manager at Okemo Mountain Resort in Vermont.
The newlyweds honeymooned in Paris and Calabria, Italy, before returning home to Vermont.
