South Norwalk restaurant, Strada 18, will be hosting a wine dinner on December 11 that will showcase and highlight Italian wines and winemakers from Tuscany and Piedmont. The head chef at Strada 18, David Raymer, will be creating a multi course dinner that will accompany the wines served. The menu for the evening is as follows:
