Good Morning, Riverside: BONUS PHOTOS

GMA anchor and Greenwich resident Lara Spencer’s home is a collection of diamonds in the rough that she’s found over years of estate sales, thrift-shopping and beyond. If you couldn’t get enough of her style in the September/October issue of athome, here are even more photos from her cleverly curated pad.

Lucite cubes let the zebra-print rug create extra drama in the sunroom.
Mirrored walls, modern gray chairs, and a spidery-legged coffee table create a funky mix in the living room.
“My son Duff won’t have something in his room that he doesn’t believe in,” says Spencer. “He loves the 1960’s photograph of cars and lights in Las Vegas because we’ve been there as a family.”
Above the chevron fabric on the bench in the foyer is this fun detail.
In the entry, Spencer keeps it simple with a few accessories. If the “frugalista” finds something to display, she puts something else away to avoid clutter.
A red robot and green suede box add some color to son Duff’s bedroom.
Spencer’s office-slash-sunroom houses an eclectic mix of pink Ultrasuede chairs, animal print and a faux croc chartreuse and linen sofa, an ideal backdrop for happy hour.
“The bar is one of my favorite finds ever, from a 1952 estate sale in West Hollywood,” says Spencer. “You can almost feel the Mad Men characters gathering around it with gin and tonics.”
A stack of some of Spencer’s favorite design tomes.
With a cool lamp and chic chair, we’d love to work at this desk in Spencer’s sunroom.
Spencer found this sofa at a university thrift shop and re-covered it in velvet.
