One of the most notable stylists, Moulay, has worked with celebrities such as Naomi Campbell, Kate Moss and Brooklyn Decker, and has been featured on CBS, Fox and E!. He studied under Vidal Sassoon and is talented in both the the dry-cutting technique, and the art of hair extensions as well.
