Sandra Tobey, Owner & Fairfield resident, spent over ten years in marketing and advertising on both the West Coast and the East Coast, but always dreamed of owning her own store. “The entire time I was in advertising (as an account director) all I was thinking about was my escape plan,” laughed Tobey. “The Beehive is focused on taking the stress out of gift giving in particular. We’re a true one stop shop. You can curate gifts from a few categories and put it together from beginning to end with accompanying card, ribbon, wrap etc. I like to think of it as a ‘one for me, one for you’ shopping destination — everything in the store I'd want for myself too!”

With a goal of opening a store where you could fill a lot of needs and also pick up a little something for yourself — Sandra has focused on the design and value of each product — in conjunction with creating a ‘feeling really good about your purchase’ theme. “Everything in the store is guilt free.”
