Colin and Heartie met at Gabelli Asset Management where they worked as equity analysts. Despite being friends for three years, it wasn’t until they bonded over a shared plate of nachos during a thunder and lightening storm that sparks flew—literally and figuratively. They dated for two years before Colin proposed on his parents’ porch overlooking Long Island Sound.
The couple was married at St. Peter’s by the Sea in Cape Neddick, Maine, where the bride’s family maintains a home. The ceremony was officiated by the Reverend Dr. D. Stuart Dunnan, the bride’s uncle and godfather.
The bride, daughter of Wendy and Bruce Dunnan of Palm Beach, Florida, and Charleston, South Carolina, graduated from National Cathedral School, the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. Heartie works at Prudential Insurance Company in New York.
The groom, son of Susan Bevan and Anthony Daddino of Greenwich, graduated from Greenwich Country Day School, Blair Academy, Santa Clara University and Columbia University. Colin is a vice president at Thomas H. Lee Capital in New York.
The couple honeymooned in the South Pacific and reside in New York City.
