New Autumn Cocktails at Strada 18

Strada18's new craft cocktails embrace the same philosophy that they apply to their food, combine excellent ingredients in a simple way and the quality shines through. The new menu features re-invented classic favorites with a twist and are surefire autumn warmers. "There are drinks that have withstood the test of time and I wanted to take these drinks and make them more dynamic,' says Henry Rosenbaum, Beverage Director & Co-Owner. "And with cocktails, the possibilities for new combinations are limitless. While making infused simple syrups or experimenting with homemade bitters in your cocktail is amazing, just a few small simple tweaks can reinvent your favorite classics."  All drinks are currently on the beverage menu and are $12 each.

The new cocktail menu features:

House Barrel-Aged "Phony" Negroni:  St. George's Dry Rye Gin, Contratto white vermouth, Campari, orange twist, up

French 75:  Sparkling wine, St. Germain, St. George's Dry Rye gin, lemon juice, simple syrup
