The styrofoam being used to create the castle is filled with concrete, and there are claims that this material is one of the most energy efficient ways of building that are available today. This will prove as convenient for the homeowners, as their utility bills will see a dramatic drop. In addition, the material is able to withstand severe weather, so bring on the gale force winds and nor'easter threats.
