When Jonathan Luke Grant, known as Luke, was recruited away from the Dell Corporation in Texas, he relocated to Los Angeles to pursue an opportunity with Helio, a joint venture in the mobile telecom field. Through a former classmate, he reconnected with Suzanne Deirdre Strasser whom he had previously known in New York. Both had invested long hours and hard work in their respective business careers, yet neither had found their soul mate. A romanced blossomed and Luke’s proposal last June was accepted. Rabbi Steven Westman officiated at the ceremony at the Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, Florida, with the Reverend Seamus Murtagh, a Roman Catholic priest, taking part.
The bride, daughter of Linda Nizel of West Palm Beach, Florida, and the late Dr. Harold Strasser, graduated from the Garrison Forest School, and Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She is a senior sales executive for Google in Santa Monica, California.
The groom, son of Betsy and Michael Grant of Greenwich, graduated from Deerfield Academy and cum laude from Georgetown University. He received his M.B.A. from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Following a honeymoon in Mexico, the couple returned home to Beverly Hills, California.
