Teen Training at Equinox

Equinox Darien invites teens to challenge themselves in a six-week training program designed to increase strength, speed and agility through team-oriented workouts. The program is led by instructors Mollie Kimmel and T.J. Green. Stop by for a complimentary session on September 22 at 4:00 PM.
