The launch of the newest Fairfield food truck comes with a bright red Smart car and a hot dog–style cart kicking out meatballs of all flavors and sauces. Mike DiStassio launched his much- anticipated cart just this past summer, and hungry people have been lining up for a meal on the run ever since.
