The Celebration Continues

1  Stamford Public Schools students are exploring what it means to be a citizen through art and video, and a service project benefitting the Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County. 

2  The Stamford Museum & Nature Center will put on demonstrations of Colonial era farm life during its Spring on the Farm festival on May 14–15. 

3  Stamford Downtown will sponsor a commemorative planting of 375 roses at Veterans Park in mid-May.

4  A comprehensive historical timeline covering 375 years of government, politics, art, culture, religion and family life will be exhibited at the Ferguson Library this summer.

5  Beginning in June, history and nature buffs can take part in monthly scavenger hunts at Mill River Park.

6  Mark your calendars for Labor Day; there will be fireworks!
