Moms For Mikey and friends of the Mikey Czech Foundation celebrated Cinco De Mayo on Thursday evening May 1 at the home of Sue Campbell in New Canaan, CT. It was a fun and festive setting with over 50 supporters. A mexican dinner and cocktails were enjoyed and raffle prizes were awarded. The event also honored Mikey Czech, who was eleven when he lost his battle in 2008 with a DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma), the most deadly form of brain cancer in children. The Mikey Czech Foundation supports research for pediatric brain tumors.
