The J House Greenwich will host a holiday Sip & Shop on November 12 offering gifts from local retailers.

The event, which runs from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., will include gift ideas from the collections of Carolyn Dempsey Design, The Greenwich Historical Society Giftshop, Klar Vintage and R&D Beads. The Sip & Shop also has an exhibition of works by local artists Jennifer Weinstein and Melissa McCann Santangelo.

A graduate of Pratt Institute, Weinstein crafts bold, colorful landscapes and portraits in a variety of media, with her custom hand-painted jackets highlighting her robust design sense. McCann Santangelo, a photographer, specializes in capturing portraits, florals, urban landscapes, and travel photography.

Tickets for the Sip & Shop are $15 per person and include a glass of wine and passed hors d’oeuvres. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Maria Fareri Children’s Hospital. The J House is located at 1114 East Putnam Avenue.
