Westport–Dandelion at Delamar

Opening late fall, this restaurant inside the Delamar Hotel is already generating buzz. With a focus on farm-to-table dining and a coastal sensibility, Dandelion promises hearty dishes like tuna carpaccio and a Berkshire pork chop. Keep an eye on their soft opening in November—it’s set to become a Westport staple.

Launched in 2025, this wellness-minded spot blends fast-casual convenience with chef-driven poke bowls and smoothies. Its owners promise a menu that aims to be customizable, always nutritious and extremely delicious. It’s perfect for a quick refuel between errands. 

 

Stamford–Bar Vera

If you haven’t made it to Stamford’s hottest 2025 opening, now’s the time. Bar Vera delivers Mediterranean fusion small plates in a sultry, candlelit dining room that begs for date night. The BarVera  burger, homemade pita and branzino are already crowd favorites. Pair them with a perfectly crisp “Sauvy-B” from their extensive wine list, and you’ll see why it’s the season’s must-book table.
