Serving up a U.S. Open theme, Grassroots Tennis welcomed a sold-out crowd for its annual fundraiser. Record proceeds from the Grand Slam Gala, held at Wee Burn Country Club, benefit the youth of the Norwalk/Stamford Grassroots Tennis & Education Program. Guests enjoyed dinner and drinks while competing for auction items such as courtside box seats to the U.S. Open, European getaways, a V.I.P. hockey experience and a private overnight stay at a lighthouse. grassrootste.org
