Party Pics: New Canaan Library’s 16th Annual Literary Luncheon with Geraldine Brooks

New Canaan Library held its 16th Annual Literary Luncheon featuring Pulitzer Prize-winning author Geraldine Brooks. The author spoke to a rapt audience of 350 about her most recent novel, Horse. Guests enjoyed lunch, a prize drawing for a Hermès watch provided by Manfredi Jewels and a book signing by the author. Décor included authentic jockey silks loaned from the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame. The Literary Luncheon is the library’s largest annual fundraiser.
