Terrain will be hosting a beer pairing dinner with Stratford’s Two Roads Brewing Company on December 11 that will celebrate the pairings of beer with seasonal dinner dishes. The menu for the event is as follows:
First: Frisée salad, scrumpets, Beltane Farms chèvre, pear, mint vinaigrette, No Limits Hefeweizen
Second: Pan seared scallops, maple roasted turnip, parsnip-beet purée, smoked hazelnuts, Holiday Ale
Third: Cider braised shortrib, butternut squash, crispy kale, cranberry chutney, Road 2 Ruin Double IPA
Fourth: Dark chocolate porter cake, brown butter gelato, salted caramel, toasted almond, Unorthodox Russian Imperial Stout
