Crossing the border to cement cultural divides…
Not quite the packing list you’d expect for a February or April high school vacation to an exotic island. But a trip with Builders Beyond Borders – formerly known as the Kingdom Builders – is not your stereotypical spring-break sojourn.

In fact, many students actually turn down vacations with their families for a week of working alongside people in need. Some even forgo extra-curricular activities so they can earn money to pay for this out-of-the-ordinary trip. What could a Westport teenager possibly be thinking?
