Club Havana Fundraiser Gala

Tickets are now on sale for Westport Arts Center’s “Club Havana” fundraiser gala. The annual gala will take place on Saturday, May 7 at Vespa restaurant and the National Hall Campus in downtown Westport. The not-to-be-missed event will celebrate the unique and diverse culture of Cuba, immersing guests in the island country’s rich and expressive arts heritage, its food and drinks, and its music.

Howard J. Aibel and Elizabeth Strick will be honored for their significant contributions to the Westport Arts Center and the greater arts community. The Westport Arts Center is known for hosting magical and artistically rich fundraisers and “Club Havana” will continue this tradition. Guests will experience an up-close view of retro automobiles provided by Dragone Classic Motorcars & Auctions, hone their cigar-rolling skills with demonstrations provided by President of La Rosa Cubana Cigars, dance to Jay Prince Music’s lively mix of Cuban-inspired and contemporary music, and create their own photo shoot in a “Club Havana”-themed setting.

In support of “Club Havana,” the Westport Arts Center has also launched a raffle with fantastic odds. With only 500 tickets issued at $100 each, the odds of winning a $10,000 grand prize are 1 in 500! The raffle is open to the general public with tickets available through May 7 or until limited supplies last.

To purchase “Club Havana” gala tickets, raffle tickets, or to learn more about the event, please call 203.222-7070 or visit www.westportartscenter.org.
