Good news, we’re doing something right in Connecticut, as we are ranked 4th in states where people live the longest. Because of the high percentage of children and adolescents receiving immunizations, lower overall smoking percentage as compared to other states and low poverty rate, the life expectancy in Connecticut is 80.8 years. Considering we only lost out to California, Minnesota and Hawaii, it is safe to say that we are on the right track. Because, come on now, there’s really no shame in losing contests to Hawaii.
