During the summer, the Stamford YMCA conducts “Wellness Under the Sun,” a free outdoor program that kicks off the morning with some energetic Zumba at 9 AM, and yoga at 10:15 AM. After working out, be sure to grab some delicious, locally grown produce from the market—A fresh start to the weekend, indeed!
