Home Again

Design Within Reach is having a housewarming party, but not for itself or its new location. It’s for you. At nearly 10,000 square feet, the new DWR Westport Studio is about three times larger than the previous location on Elm Street and filled with furniture and décor to brighten up your living space. In the larger area, the offerings are arranged creatively, including full vignettes for living rooms, dining rooms and bedrooms to help you not only see the vision, but also walk through it. Expect to find DWR’s signature mix of iconic modern furniture with exclusive collections and work by designers such as Charles and Ray Eames, Norm Architects, Matthew Hilton and Jens Risom. The post office on Post Road, which was most recently Post 154 Restaurant, is reinvented again—and who better than a furniture retailer for the job? Stop in to see more: 154 Post Rd.; dwr.com.
