After Hurricane Sandy wreaked havoc on New York City, Cupid worked his magic on Owen and Katie. The pair met while recovering from the storm at a local Happy Hour. They hit it off and the rest is history. Two years later Owen proposed in Grand Central Station, and in true New York fashion they were serenaded with a round of applause from passersby.

Reverend Maxwell Grant officiated at the ceremony at the Second Congregational Church in Greenwich, and the reception followed at Indian Harbor Yacht Club.

The bride, daughter of Robert and Heidi Fong of Greenwich, graduated from Greenwich High School and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Katie is the CEO and creative director of Katie Fong, a custom design fashion line with a store in Greenwich.

The groom, son of Peter and Jane Biglin of Colorado, graduated from J.K. Mullen High School and Miami University. Owen works for Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Manhattan.

The newlyweds honeymooned on the Great Exuma Island in the Bahamas. They live in Cos Cob.
