Oak + Almond in Norwalk will be hosting a special Valentine's Day cooking class to be instructed by Lisa Rolleri, The Domestic Diva. The class is hands on and includes lunch as well as take-home recipes. The recipes for the cooking class are "Heart Beet Salad", "Lovers Meatloaf", "Melt in your Mouth Mashed Potatoes" and "Knobby Apple Cake". In addition, sparkling wine will be paired with the main course.
