When not in Greenwich, head to Paris. So might say fashion designer Tory Burch—chairman, CEO and designer of Tory Burch LLC—who recently celebrated the opening of her company’s flagship store in Paris with a gathering of stylish friends.
Guests at Tory’s cocktail party, held at her new three-story, 4,200-square-foot boutique on Rue Saint-Honoré, included Melanie Laurent, Jessica Alba, Emmanuelle Seigner, Dianna Agron and Lolita Chammah. While sipping signature cocktails, including Tory’s favorite Southside, guests enjoyed music by Louise Chen, DJ and founder of the all-female music collective Girls Girls Girls.
The after-party continued in the garden of The Hotel de Sully in the Marais, with guests Giambattista Valli, Olivier Rousteing, Bruno Frisoni, and Greenwich native Lauren Santo Domingo gathering under a custom-designed Maharaja tent that featured a textile print from the Tory Burch fall runway collection. Guests toasted with Moet and shared Moroccan cuisine prepared by Fatéma Hal of La Mansouria.
When in Paris, peruse the collection at the new boutique. Until then, enjoy the photos supplied by Tory Burch and count the days until the fall collection arrives on our shores at the boutique at 225 Greenwich Avenue. www.toryburch.com
