Fall Fashion

You know how you roll your eyes every time some celebrity says their life isn’t all that glamorous and is actually a lot of work? Well, it’s kind of true! Take the beautiful fashion spread you see in this month’s issues, for example. It was the result of months of hard work all culminating in one marathon week.

The week began with me (Ana Rocha) running around New York City picking up garment bags full of designer clothes and accessories. (Leather jackets and floor length gowns are not lightweight and it sure didn’t help that it was over 90 degrees outside!) Then, it was off to the studio to hang up all the clothes and steam them.

Our models arrived the next day and they were such troopers, enduring hours of hair and makeup, multiple wardrobe changes, a ridiculously hot studio, and some very, very high heels. Our crew worked hard to style the models and the set and make sure the pictures turned out beautifully.

The final product of these shoots are in the current September/October issues of our town magazines, but here we show you some of the outfits that didn’t make it into print (we could only get one look per model in there!) to bring you even more fall fashion and help you navigate the trends this season.
